Peltier temperature control systems are widely used in applications for controlling adhesive temperature, capable of maintaining adhesive temperature within a range of ±1°C of the target temperature. Peltier elements can utilize either air or water as the heat transfer medium; when heating, the heat exchanger absorbs heat from the air, and when cooling, it dissipates heat into the air. In configurations where Peltier modules are installed, the adhesive temperature control system operates as follows: a temperature sensor is mounted on the dispensing gun, and the temperature feedback signal is directly transmitted to the robot control system. This system then calculates the difference between the current temperature and the target temperature, and controls the Peltier module to either heat or cool accordingly.
