Core Solution and Principle: This system takes six-axis industrial robots as the core, integrated with process equipment such as glue guns, pressure regulators, and quantitative cylinders, to achieve full automation of bonding processes in battery manufacturing such as cell thermal insulation and module bonding. The robot precisely controls the path of the glue gun, the process system real-time adjusts the glue output parameters, and through communication with the robot controller or external PLC, completes the start/stop of the glue gun and precise flow control, significantly improving bonding quality and production efficiency.
